Our Ginger Pickle is handmade using native variety of organic ginger and time-honoured traditional methods passed down through generations. Pickles have been an essential part of Indian meals traditionally, valued not just for their taste but also as a natural source of probiotics that support healthy digestion and gut balance.
Our pickles are handmade in small batches using cold-pressed unrefined organic groundnut oil, this ginger pickle is naturally fermented using lacto-fermentation techniques in traditional Bharnis (ceramic jars). No synthetic or natural vinegar is added, allowing the pickle to ferment slowly and develop its authentic flavour and probiotic benefits.
Only organic spices and organic ginger are used to make this pickle. It is made using traditional organic spices like Heeng (Asafoetida), Red Chilli Powder, Black Salts, Turmeric, Fennel Seeds powder and Jaggery.
In Ayurveda, ginger (Adrak) is known for its Deepana and Pachana properties, meaning it helps ignite digestive fire (Agni) and improve digestion.
