Where and when do you deliver?
We deliver wholesome groceries across Ontario and ship all our other everyday essentials throughout Canada and the USA. All orders are processed quickly, and we offer fast, smooth, and reliable shipping so you can enjoy your favourite Eco Brown Essentials products without any delay.
How do you deliver?
We have partnered with a local delivery service to safely bring your package to you!
Our delivery routes are short (10 stops max within the same neighbourhood) in order to minimize the time your package spends on the road.
What packaging do you use?
We're staying true to our zero waste mission and your delivery is 100% plastic-free!
- Dry products are packaged in recyclable and compostable brown paper bags.
- Liquid or "wet" products are packaged in glass jars and bottles.
- Fruits and vegetables are added to your box without packaging whenever possible. We use brown paper bags for produce that require bagging .
- Finally, your products are packed in a cardboard box closed with a paper tape that are also fully recyclable and compostable. The label that we put on the box is made of paper. It comes on a special paper liner that can also be recycled, unlike most shipping labels that have a plastic liner that goes to trash!
What is the delivery fee?
We charge a standard delivery fee of $12 on all orders, which is what the delivery costs us (we don't make money on delivery fees). This way, we can keep our online prices the same as our in-store prices - no markups or hidden fees.
What about curbside pickup?
We also offer free curbside pickup from our Brampton store located at 83 Kennedy Road S, Unit 13, Brampton , L6W3P3 Intersection- Kennedy and Clarence
Pickup days are Tuesday to Sunday.
Pick up Hours 11AM To 7PM
No appointment necessary. Make sure to have your order number with you.
Are your deliveries emissions-free?
Some are! We have switched to e-bike deliveries for some short distance deliveries. For deliveries outside of the downtown core, we keep transportation-related GHG emissions low by choosing to deliver each area on one particular day of the week instead of servicing all areas on multiple days.
