For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any groceries, skincare, or hygiene products. The only exception is if the product arrives damaged, defective, or rancid. In such cases, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order by emailing info@ecobrownessentials.com with clear photos of the product.
If the item was purchased in-store, please bring the product and your receipt to the store within the same 5-day window.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted after 5 business days—without exception.

Changed your mind about an item? No problem! You may return or exchange non-food and non-hygiene items within 5 days of purchase.

In-store purchases: Bring the unused item in its original packaging with proof of purchase. We will offer an exchange or store credit.

Online purchases: Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at info@ecobrownessentials.com. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original, new condition with all packaging intact.
