Shipping policy

Shipping Canada-wide

All orders are processed within 2 business days and are shipped out of our location in Brampton, ON, Canada.

We use local Shipping Partner or  Canada Post's Expedited Parcel™ service to ship orders across Canada. Shipping speed depends on travel distance and will vary from 1 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email. 

Note that Eco Brown Essentials is not responsible for delays once the parcel is in the hands of Shipping Partner or Canada Post, particularly during high volume periods like the Holiday season. Please place your orders early to make sure they arrive on time!

Our flat rate shipping rate is $15, which is less than what the delivery costs us, particularly for shipping outside of Ontario.

We do not ship wholesome groceries with Canada Post. Grocery  deliveries are limited to Ontario and are carried out by a local delivery service.
