  • Our Raw Mango Pickle is handmade using native variety organic raw mangoes and time-honoured traditional methods passed down through generations. Pickles have always been an integral part of Indian meals, cherished not just for their tangy, bold flavour but also for their natural probiotic benefits that support healthy digestion and gut balance.

    Our pickles are prepared in small batches using cold-pressed unrefined organic groundnut oil. This raw mango pickle is naturally fermented through lacto-fermentation in traditional Bharnis (ceramic jars). No synthetic or natural vinegar is added, allowing the pickle to ferment slowly and develop its authentic tang, aroma, and probiotic goodness.

    Only organic raw mangoes and organic spices are used to make this pickle. It is prepared using traditional spices such as Heeng (Asafoetida), Red Chilli Powder, Black Salt, Turmeric, Fennel Seeds powder, and Jaggery, creating a perfectly balanced, flavour-packed condiment that enhances any meal.

    In Ayurveda, raw mango (Kaccha Aam) is known for its Deepana and Pachana properties, helping stimulate digestive fire (Agni) and improve appetite. Raw mangoes are cooling in nature yet aid in digestion, balance Pitta and Kapha doshas, and help prevent digestive discomfort such as acidity and indigestion. When combined with digestive spices and natural fermentation, this pickle acts as a refreshing digestive tonic, making meals more wholesome and satisfying.
