Our Mixed Pickle is handmade using a vibrant combination of organic raw mango, organic carrots, organic lemons, and organic chillies, prepared using time-honoured traditional methods passed down through generations. Pickles have always been an essential part of Indian meals, cherished for their bold, tangy, and spicy flavours, as well as their natural probiotic benefits that support healthy digestion and gut balance.
Our pickles are prepared in small batches using cold-pressed unrefined organic groundnut oil. This mixed pickle is naturally fermented through lacto-fermentation in traditional Bharnis (ceramic jars). No synthetic or natural vinegar is added, allowing the pickle to ferment slowly, developing its authentic tang, aroma, spice, and probiotic goodness.
Only organic vegetables, and traditional spices are used to make this pickle. It is handmade using traditional spices such as organic Heeng (Asafoetida), organic Red Chilli Powder, organic Turmeric, organic Black Salt, organic Fennel Seed Powder, and organic Jaggery, creating a perfectly balanced, flavour-packed pickle that adds tang, spice, and warmth to every meal.
